What makes us unique?

We acknowledge there are a lot of Virtual Assistants to choose from. What makes me a step above the rest? First, I do not charge clients for the communication that takes place between us, whether it is by phone or via  e-mail. Secondly, if a client needs me to learn a new program for a special project that they have, I do that at no extra charge.
